Contract Magazine and the Center for Health Design are honoring innovative and distinctive interior designs that contribute to the quality of healthcare delivery.
This year's award categories for professionals are:
- Acute (inpatient) Care Facilities
- Ambulatory (outpatient) Care Facilities
- Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Facilities
- Health and Fitness Facilities
- Landscape Design
- Conceptual Design
There's also a student category.
Submissions can include healthcare products such as furnishings and lighting, healthcare settings such as patient areas, exam rooms and walkways, or technological equipment and systems.
Winners will be announced at an awards presentation during HEALTHCARE DESIGN.09 which will be held in Orlando. Entry submittals must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on Monday, July 6, 2009.
